The property is located in a shallow cove, which may limit access for certain types of boats. Lake levels can change, and these fluctuations may affect usability of the water during your stay. Because these conditions are outside of our control, we’re unable to offer refunds related to lake access.
We recommend checking current lake conditions prior to arrival so you can plan accordingly. Thanks so much for your understanding—we appreciate it!
🌳A Note About Our Lakeside Setting
Our home is located in a scenic lake and forest area, which means you’ll be immersed in nature during your stay. Although we have regular professional treatments in place, the natural surroundings may occasionally bring sightings of insects or spiders, especially outdoors.
This comes with the territory of being close to the water and trees, and we take thoughtful steps to keep the space clean and comfortable for our guests.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
