💦Please Note About Lake Access
There is a neighborhood boat ramp located just 0.5 miles to the West of the home, while the ramp is handy it does have limited parking and obstacles just beyond the ramp. Nichols Point boat ramp is 3.2 miles to the West, is on the East side of the Eufaula Cove and offers a large boat ramp, courtesy dock, ample parking, restrooms, beach access and a pavilion.

🌳A Note About Our Lakeside Setting
Our home is located in a scenic lake and forest area, which means you’ll be immersed in nature during your stay. Although we have regular professional treatments in place, the natural surroundings may occasionally bring sightings of insects or spiders, especially outdoors.

This comes with the territory of being close to the water and trees, and we take thoughtful steps to keep the space clean and comfortable for our guests.

Guest Access
You’ll have private use of the residence throughout your stay, aside from the detached garage, which is not available to guests. There is a narrow circle drive on the South side of home, we suggest larger vehicles, especially with trailers use the driveway from the East side and park in the North driveway. It's also suggested that vehicles with trailers back into that driveway.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
